30 September – 14 October (3 classes)

The way of loving-kindness

Training in universal love and compassion is a powerful method for improving our relationships with others and fulfilling our potential for lasting happiness.
11 November – 16 December (6 classes)

The classes in August – December will be based on the book ‘Transform Your Life’ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

The classes begin with a relaxation meditation. Then there will be a talk covering the basics of meditation and Buddhism, emphasising how these can be applied to daily life. Finally there is a second meditation and questions-and-answers. Buddhist books will be on sale for further reading. The classes conclude with light refreshments and an opportunity to talk to the Teacher and get to know people informally.

You may begin with any class, and are welcome to attend a whole course or attend on a drop-in basis as you prefer.
