These introductory meditation classes are suitable for everyone regardless of background or previous experience. They are designed to give a broad introduction to Buddhist meditation, ideas, and practice. The classes combine guided meditations with practical spiritual advice that you can immediately apply as a method for solving the stress and problems in your life.
The classes are organized as short courses, usually 3 to 5 weeks long. It is best to attend complete courses, but you can attend occasionally if you prefer. The classes are easy to follow and do not need prior knowledge or experience.
