Curry and Quiz raises £250
Thank you to everyone who came along to our first fundraising evening at Akanishta Centre at the beginning of December. The curry and quiz night was a great success with over 30 people coming along to enjoy good food, company and entertainment!
Thank you to everyone who donated food and other items for the evening, it was all very much appreciated.
The money raised has been used to fund the printing of our new leaflet which will help to spread word of Akanishta Centre and our classes in the local area.
We’ll be trialling a new culinary based event in the New Year so keep a look out for details.
