Finding Happiness from Another Source
Through meditation we can learn how to relax and develop more clear and positive states of mind.  These weekly classes will introduce simple Lamrim meditations and give practical advice on how to maintain a deeper experience of inner peace in daily life.

"The practice of Lamrim is very important because everyone needs to cultivate peaceful states of mind.  By listening to or reading these teachings we can learn how to control our mind and always keep a good motivation in our heart." Geshe Kelsang Gyatso

Class fee: £6 (£4 concessions)
